Today Mr.Case explained us the program which is used to record audio files. It is a useful thing, it has many features.

Microsoft Word features.

• Edit- find. This option allows you to find different words in the text document, and replace it with anithing you want.
• Incert- page numbers. This allows you to put page numbers.
• View- full screen. This feature displays your document in full screen format.
• Format- theme. This feature allows you to use standart layouts for your document.
• Tools- word count. If you wanna see how many words you typed, this feature wold show you that.
• Incert- auto text allows you to incert standart phrases, like at the end of the letter.
• Columns- allow you to arrange your text in columns.
• Zoom- allows you to zoom in or out in you document.
• Tools-language-thesaurus replaces a word in a document with another word like synonim or antonym.
• File - print preview. This feature allows you to see you document the way you going to print it.

These are the ten things I didn't know about Microsoft Word.

Today we had the powerpoint test. It was quite easy, exept for the questions from the web sites. There were a lot of stuff there and I messed up. So I should spend more time on suding the tips on the websites Mr. Case gave us.

Podcast.
Podcast is a web-based audio broadcast. It comes out regulary. It allowes registred users download audio files. Podcast uses RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed. Everybody can create his/her own podcast depending on hi/her interest. This gives some advantages and disadvantages. The bad thing about podcast is that there is a lot of absolutely useless information.

Now I'm working on two projects. First one is a hotlist. Hotlist is a list of web-sites you use most often. It is created in powerpoint and saved as a web-page. It saves you from a lot of typing. The other project I'm working on is interactive presentation. This is the type of powerpoint, where you not presenting anithing, but people would look at your presentation by themselves. You use action buttons and lots of links to navigate.
